you're right, it's not necessarily a salad. I usually think of warm quinoa as a soupy (or oatmeal-like) food, at least that's how I've eaten it, so that if I think of it 'with fresh herbs' a salad comes to mind, but I may have been a bit too specific.
agree Jean-Louis S. : Please don't make/eat soupy quinoa! It is so much better when it has the consistency of cous-cous (made well of course)!

I also found a few other ghits with recipes "aux appétits", one had shallots and parsley, one was for sea bass "aux appétits" but no indication of the ingredients
