Is this just a long way of saying current assets and liabilties? The heading is:
Situation de l’Actif Réalisable et Disponible et du Passif exigible à fin juin 2005
And notes are:
- Seules les créances et les dettes à moins d'un an ont été retenues
- Y compris concours bancaires courants et soldes créditeurs de banque
- Les charges à payer et produits à recevoir sont pris en compte
Thank you!

"Classification of Current Assets and Current Liabilities
The current classification applies to those assets that will be realized in cash, sold, or consumed within one year (or operating cycle, if longer), and those liabilities that will be discharged by use of current assets or the creation of additional current liabilities within one year (or operating cycle, if longer). The current liability section of a balance sheet is also intended to include obligations that are due on demand or will be due on demand within one year from the balance sheet date, even though liquidation may not be expected within that period. Short-term obligations shall be excluded from current liabilities only if the enterprise intends to refinance the obligation on a long-term basis and has the demonstrated ability to consummate the financing."

In other words, you were right in the first place. Sorry about the long-winded explanation.

: This is it, in fact. I thought the asker wanted a more elaborate way to say it, to reflect the French style.

Current assets and current liabilities is perfectly correct. I provided the suggestion above because I thought the asker wanted a more elaborate way to express it, reflecting the French original.
