Yes, the problem is there isn't a generic term that I can think of that fulfills the role in English (I might be wrong, and someone will come along with a good/better answer).

@Duncan The description of the same patent says:
"La présente invention concerne un dispositif de communication pour la commande à distance d'un actionneur pour un équipement mobile du bâtiment tel qu'un volet roulant, store ou rideau et un procédé de configuration d'un tel dispositif."

As you can see "volet roulant, store ou rideau" is already used. This means that the term "shutters and blinds" might not work here.

I'd say that "l'équipement mobile du bâtiment" refers to items such as shutters, blinds (outside the building), and curtains, interior blinds, sliding doors (eventually) inside.

Shutters and blinds

Assuming that the patent in referring to parts of a building that move means things such as blinds and shutters, I suggest that these make a suitable translation.
Personally, I can not think of, nor know of any term in English that covers these mobile window/door coverings.

The discussion has brought new elements to the problem.
So, how about the "mechanised shutters of a building".
In this case "La présente invention concerne un dispositif de communication pour la commande à distance d'un actionneur pour un équipement mobile du bâtiment tel qu'un volet roulant, store ou rideau et un procédé de configuration d'un tel dispositif." would give something like:
"The present invention concerns a communication device for the remote control of an actuator for the mechanised shutter of a building, such as a motorised blind or shutter, and the configuration procedure for such a device."
