Good evening,
“En ce qui concerne la préparation de la composition aqueuse A, il est nécessaire d’incorporer au moins 5% en poids d’au moins un oxyde métallique par rapport au poids total de la composition A pour former un film ayant après cuisson une épaisseur d’au moins 10 microns. Si par contre on a plus de 30% en poids par rapport au poids de la composition A, celle-ci n’est plus stable. »
My translation :
As for the preparation of the aqueous composition A, it is essential to incorporate at least 5% in weight of at least a metal oxide with respect to the total weight of composition A to form a film having after cooking a thickness of at least 10 microns. If however, there is more than 30% in weight with respect to the weight of composition A, the latter is no longer stable.
I don’t know if, cuisson= cooking, here as it is about the manufacturing method of a pan with a non-stick coating, I have already used “curing” for “étuvage” so I’m at a loss…
Thank you

firing
Can't tell if this is the right word in your context, without knowing more about aforesaid, but "firing" is said of a number of kiln processes, including ceramics (pottery, bricks - and their glazing, which might be similar to your case) and manufacture of cement.

heating
'cuisson' is just to heat, to cook; in Chemistry field, it refers to heating
Discussion
Sinon, il me semble d'après ma pratique que l'on dit plutôt "by weight" que "in weight", mais n'étant pas anglophone, je ne m'avancerais pas plus.
