French to English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering Tyre-cutting machine parts

Instructions relating to use of a band saw used for tyre cutting. I have never come across this word in my life before and I have to say, it almost sounds a bit rude and if it weren't in a technical document I would hestitate to go public with it! Anyone familiar with it?

Instruction de chargement et déchargement
Choisir les croisillons et les entretoises en fonction de la taille du pneumatique à couper.
Insérer les deux croisillons intérieurs.
Placer la tige dans le support scellé dans le sol.
Enfiler le premier croisillon extérieur sur la tige.
Enfiler l’ensemble pneu et croisillons sur la tige.
Placer deux entretoises si c’est nécessaire.
Poser le 2ème croisillon extérieur.
Enfiler le « Faoge » sur la tige et manœuvrer la barre pour brider l’ensemble du croisillon.
Charger l’ensemble sur la table non incliné en faisant attention aux ergots du centre table.
