oint Line Tenderness
Purpose: To assess for meniscal injury.
Test Position: Sitting.
Performing the Test: With the patient sitting at the edge of the table and the patient's knees bent 90 degrees, palpate the lateral and medial tibiofemoral joint line. A positive test occurs when pain is produced.

: It is very straightforward. It is shocking that only you and Liz get it. The interline is the interface between the femur and the tibial plateau. That localizes the position in the top-bottom dimension. "Interne" is medial, localizing the position lt-rt.

Pain in the inner side of the knee
This is when the patient experiences pain in the inner side of the knee. It could also be termed "the inner part of the Knee". It is either in the anterior or posterior part.

inner medial
The explanation describes pain at inner spacing (between lines), or internal pain; medial pain, more so at the front.
Discussion
The writer is indicating the location of the knee pain.
The interline is the interface between the femur and the tibial plateau. Facing the patient, this localizes the pain in the head to toe dimension. "Interne" translates "medial", which, in the context of knees, refers to the side of the knee from the knee midline to side of the knee closest to the other leg. Finally the writer localizes the pain in the antero-posterior dimension, specifying "anterior", putting it toward the front of the knee.
