I found "automatic" for d'office, but I'm really not sure of this:
"In accordance with the Ministerial Order nº ______ of ____ concerning conversion or in accordance with the Decision of the automatic* conversion of Concession nº 123 into Operating Permit nº 234 for and behalf of the Company XXX located in or its registered office located in..."
