note d'observation
Good evening,
I am translating a "note d'observation" and am wondering if this is a term usually used in these type of documents or not?
Here is the sentence, it comes after a short description about the invention:
Ces éléments sont en effet communs avec la présente invention et sont du reste repris dans l'introduction de la deuxième revendication.
These elements are in fact common (?) with(??) the present invention and besides are resumed in the introduction of the second claim
Please help, I just can't make good english out of this!
Thank you
