Designation of the inventor
The European patent application shall designate the inventor. If the applicant is not the inventor or is not the sole inventor, the designation shall contain a statement indicating the origin of the right to the European patent.

A feltaláló nevének feltüntetése
Az európai szabadalmi bejelentésben fel kell tüntetni a feltaláló nevét. Ha a bejelentő nem azonos a feltalálóval, illetve nem ő az egyedüli feltaláló, a feltaláló nevének feltüntetésekor nyilatkozni kell az európai szabadalomra való jogosultság eredetéről.
