Azt írod, hogy ez a küzüzemi díjakra vonatkozik. Gondolom, hogy a bérbeadó költségéhez kell a bérlőnek hozzájárulnia,de nem idő, hanem felhasznált energia szerint (ez persze lehet idő is). Tehát a felmerült kültségek részéről van szó. A térítés-t én kihagynám, de ha nem, akkor: reimbursement of expenses based on usage.
