Estadual nº 53.574 prevê a redução da base de cálculo do ICMS, quando do desembaraço
aduaneiro de bens ou mercadorias importados sob o amparo do Regime Aduaneiro Especial de
Admissão Temporária. Com efeito, observado, em todos os casos, o que diz a legislação do
REPETRO, a carga tributária deverá ser equivalente a:
(i) 7,5% (com apropriação de créditos) ou a 3% (sem apropriação de créditos), para aplicação
nas instalações de produção de petróleo e gás natural;
(ii) 1,5% (sem apropriação de créditos), para aplicação nas instalações de exploração de
petróleo e gás natural; e
