Streifenbarsch-Filet Explanation: "Baila" ist der Streifenbarsch, "lomo" heisst eigentlich Lende und wirst meist im Zusammenhang mit aus Säugetieren zubereiteten Fleischgerichten verwendet. Für den Fisch empfehle ich daher als Übersetzung "Filet". |
