Standard, at least in the manuals that I have translated, and only some of them have been Chinese, Korean, German or Belgian to begin with...
Usually accompanied by a triangular symbol.

agree EKM : This is definitely what 95% of English language manuals use, in order to be sufficiently brief. 'Caution!', 'Cautions', or 'Precautions' would be the headline. 'Precautionary measures' is correct, but unneccessarily long.
