You always come up with these really challenging phrases, Paul! They are great.

The term "apporterad" clearly is from the accounting field:

FAR:

Svenska
apport-
Engelska
in kind

Svenska
apportegendom
Engelska
capital contributed in kind

In other words, "apporterad" means assets of a non-monetary kind, like real estate, vehicles, or, like in this case, telecom trunkways, often contributed in exchange for shares in a corporation.

Now we still have to tackle "kanalisation". Since we are talking about an IT company it is most likely "telecom trunkways" they are referring to, i.e. elements of the physical build-up of the internet.

Here is a Swedish government text for reference, parts of which are in both Swedish and English.

First a few contextual definitions in Swedish:

Kanalisation

Now on to a text in this same document that is both in Swedish and English:

Swedish

Kanalisationsutrymme

English

Structures for telecom trunkway

Governmental actors Banverket, Vägverket, Teracom and the companies within Vattenfall that control infrastructures such as roads, railways, and masts should allow access to such infrastructures to operators who wants to deploy public networks in accordance to Swedish law on electronic communication.

An additional reference, in Swedish and English, on "apporterad" and "in kind", from ProZ KudoZ:
