Spanish term

a título de transferencia de dominio por beneficio fiduciario

Spanish to English Law/Patents Real Estate Contracts and Agreements
This phrase is part of a draft of a purchase contract written in Colombia. The phrase is included in a bullet list as follows:

"El Vendedor adquirió los Inmuebles que por el presente acto se enajenan de la siguiente manera:

1)....
2) Oficina 401: a título de transferencia de dominio por beneficio fiduciario de la Fiducia XXXXXX. mediante Escritura pública No.XXXXX."

The document has many "a título de" phrases, including "a título de compraventa", "a titulo de dación en pago".

I imagine that "transferencia de dominio" is transfer of ownership, but I have no idea what a transfer of ownership for "beneficio fiduciario" means. Has anybody seen this before? Do you know what it means or the equivalent in english? Thank you!

as a transfer of title to the benefit of the trust

"por beneficio fiduciario" = "for the benefit of [a / the] trust"

Note from asker:
@Steven Thank you for your help @Tom Thumb I agree with the double-up issue. @Billh I think you might be right. Unfortunately, there is not much context. It is a long contract, but in specific regards to the way the properties are alienated there is only this. I provided what was useful. The phrase starts and begins as stated, and then continues on to the way other properties are being alienated (none of which are alienated from the same Trust, or by the same way.

agree Adrian MM. (X) : OK, but there may be a trust double-up problem with 'de la Fiducia': for the benefit of the trust of the Trust.....

neutral Billh : a título de in this context means 'by way of' and I don't think it is for the benefit of the trust but as the result of a beneficial interest in it. The context may make this clearer.

This is how I would phrase it.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Adrian MM. (X) : I don't see how the title can be transferred by way of the beneficial interest. In EN law, if the legal estate is held or owned by X, the beneficial interest to enjoy the property is held (quaere owned) by Y and can be assigned separately from the title.
