vom vergangenen Frühjahr an haben wir Ihnen unsere Prognosen zur geschäft-lichen Entwicklung der XYZ AG präsentiert. Das Konsortium entwickelte im Auftrag der ABC Software, die mit XYZ eng verbunden ist und deren Rechte ausschliesslich bei der ABC liegen. Die ABC ist im Gegenzug für die Abtretung der CDE 06 Rechte bereit, dem Konsortium die vollen Rechte an XYZ (Entwicklungsstand Ende 2006) zu gewähren. Die unter 2.1 aufgezählten Rechte werden hievon nicht tangiert. Entwicklungen ab 1. Januar 2007 werden von dieser Regelung nicht betroffen (d.h. das Konsortium erhält diesbezüglich keine Rechte). Allfällige Berechtigungen müssen neu verhandelt werden. | Translation - English
The Consortium shall develop the ABC software, which is closely related to XYZ and whose rights are solely possessed by ABC, as followed up in contracts. On the other hand, ABC agrees to cede CDE 06 rights, and to grant the full rights of XYZ (as of the year end 2006) to the Consortium. This shall not affect the rights listed under Chapter 2.1. Developments as of shall not be affected by this condition (meaning the Consortium does not receive any rights in this respect). Possible authorizations must be re-negotiated. |
