Who can help me?

I just can't seem the MT to work in Across.
I insert the API key and press check and a Error comes up.

I checked my key- went through the help in Google and Across Reference guide and still no success.
Need to work in Acrosss for a new client , so quit desperate and losing a lot of time trying to sort it out.

Helpline of Across not of much use.

Are you sure it's not API key problem?
I would check it by entering the following request in Chrome address bar:
https://www.googleapis.com/language/translate/v2?q=Check&target=de&key={Enter_Your_Api_Key_Here_With_No_Braces}

If reply is correct (and not some errors like "daily limit exceeded"), you can refer to it when contacting Across Supp

BTW, what kind of error do you get?
Also, switching firewall off might help (because probably Across is not allowed to connect to internet).

Hi , Thanks you so much by helping me , as just don't know how to solve this!
I did what you suggested and got folowing:

Usage of Google API for translation is not for free (check prices here:
https://cloud.google.com/translate/v2/pricing).
According to the error message, you haven't paid for it, or you exceeded the limit of pre-paid words.
