Where do I find glossary creation function on XTM?

I saw an introduction video, read a portion of the user instructions, translated some with it, but it seems that its functions are pretty much hidden.

But I am left with two important questions.

1) How can I create a glossary in XTM?

2) Is there command for a concordance search?

The search and replace function of XTM freezes up very often, which is pretty annoying.
