ALC Heads to San Francisco for 2008 Annual Conference, May 14-17

Washington, DC, February 25, 2008–The Association of Language Companies (ALC) will hold its 6th ALC Annual Conference May 14-17 at the beautiful Hotel Nikko located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, one of America’s most vibrant cities.

The Hotel Nikko is known for its warm demeanor, soothing comfort, and impeccable service, which helps make our host facility a distinctive destination for attendees. Organizers expect the largest audience ever to attend an ALC conference.

The conference officially opens on Wednesday, May 14, with a welcome reception at the hotel followed by three days of educational sessions. The closing gala dinner will be held on Saturday, May 17.

The conference is open to both members and nonmembers. The early bird registration of $459 for members and $569 for nonmembers is available until April 14. A limited number of hotel rooms are available for the discounted conference rate of $209 a night. The ALC is recognized worldwide as a unique trade organization representing the interests of businesses that provide translation, interpretation, localization, and language training services in the United States.
