I get a project from a client. May I use also my TM (as a Reference, or second TM)?

The project is in a server so that I can/will not put my TM inside the project.

Thanks

I assume you mean that this is a "team project" in OmegaT. I'm not 100% sure if you can use your own TM, but I think you should be able to. Simply put it in the /tm/ subfolder (or in the /tm/auto/ subfolder). Your TM will not be shared with other translators because the only thing that is shared during a team project is the "project TM" (i.e. project_save.tmx) and (if you have the necessary rights) also the glossary. I'm no expert -- I just answer from what I know.

Yes

First, the client TMX is on it, and second, the main folder IS "online", if I put something inside, it is automatically "there" too.

can OmegaT use two TMs at the same time?

Thanks

You can put all your TMX into "tm".

http://www.condak.net/cat_other/omegat/2013-03-06/cs/05.html

look at fifth picture:

I have downloaded OmegaT project in a folder "alia".
Only I am using TMX in folder "tm".

But TUs from TMX in folder "tm/auto" are commited into shared project_save.tmx, if there are 100% matches.

Before placing such TMX I recommend to set up ID (author) in TMX. In my case "neznama hodnota" (unknown value) make a problem to declare that TUs (translated segments) are from my TMX.

So you can sell your old work with creating and selecting of proper TMX.

Not unless you commit it explictely, using a Subversion client.

An unlimited number of them.
