Just a suggestion.
"Share Holders and Transactions with Related Parties"
and
"There have not been any transactions with related parties from the time the Company was founded and up until the date on the registration document."

affiliated companies

For "Aktieägare och närståendetransaktioner" (heading) I agree with the othjer answers - I would use transactions with "related parties". That is the obvious and well attested translation.

With one exception. In most cases, "närstående" suggests individuals, for example family, friends, other business people. But I note that in the Vattelfall Annual Report and Accounts, it is translated as "affiliated companies", namely other state-owned companies. Hence my answer, in case that is what is being referred to in this context.who

neutral Charlesp : yes, it can sometimes be 'affiliated companies,' but in this context it doesn't appear to be so. Other information in the text might clarify, especially in the Notes.
