I think it's fair to say that "for the better" is implied here... I wouldn't say "changer votre humeur", sounds weird to me, so I'd go either with "améliorer votre humeur" or "changer votre état d'esprit".

L'idee a faire ressortir est que grace a cette creme vous CHANGErez quoi qu'il arrive!! La traduction de "It's all about" ce fait donc ICI par un futur avec cette idee de "convertir" l'humeur en Bonne humeur, de transformer le ressenti en sentiment de bien-etre....
