I did also consider something like "alumbramos" or "a luz damos". While it's not the same as "deliver", it also conveys the idea of making something clear for the customer while also playing on the idea of assisting birth. However, this is more of a stretch, since I'm not sure the that the double meaning of this word/phrase plays well in Spanish.
I propose tihs variant because while "we deliver" does have the meaning of "cumplimos" in English, I think any phrase in Spanish that plays on the idea of giving birth and doing something positive for the customer works here, so possibly the idea of "clarifying" or "illuminating" for the patient might be a suitable substitute for the "fulfillment" idea in order to keep the pun and show the company's sense of humor.
