A dish mentioned in a Sudanese text. I know it is a name and can be transliterated. I am interested, however, in knowing what the dish actually consists of.

Region-specific Please note that entirely different dishes may have identical names in different regions of the Arab world. Since your text is Sudanese, I am curious to see what our Sudanese colleagues say about this dish.

Sudanese food, incidentally, is magnificent.

actually "Al-Quaorma" is the name of the small onions which are the main ingredient of this dish .. :)
