Kontext:
In der Erklärung zum Ehevertrag heißt es:

"Wir ***unterstellen*** unsere Ehe und die sich aus der Eheschließung ergebenden Rechte und Pflichten dem deutschen Recht des bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches."
