produits détenteurs

French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) in a contract
This comes from a distribution agreement between a French manufacturer and a distributor and is one of the items of information that the distributor agrees to provide every 6 months to the manufacturer:

"• Analyse des groupements et centrale clients du Ditributeur : produits détenteurs, référencement commercial, chiffre d’affaires par groupement et par centrale, conditions de vente appliquées"

I'm not quite sure about the use of "détenteurs" effectively as an adjective here. Any assistance greatly appreciated

Asker The relevant words may be "sous entendus" or "implicites", having been mentioned earlier. This is not uncommon, even in business contracts.

@ Peter It's possible, but I suspect that it is unlikely. If that was the case, why would the relevant words be omitted?

Omitted words? After further thought, I am just wondering whether the text should perhaps more correctly read "...produits détenteurs d'un référencement commercial...". Unless anyone can suggest anything else, I will probably put this possibility to the client as are a few other typos (misspellings, rather than omissions of words, though) in the whole text, so this might just be another error!

Not pharmaceuticals Hi Phil - Thanks for your input. The manufacturer produces clothes, so your first guess is probably very unlikely. As for your second option, I have no further information in this regard, so it's difficult to say if that is a possibility, but it might be.

Two guesses Is this pharmaceuticals, or some other product that requires licensing? In which case, could détenteur mean licensed?
Alternatively, could it mean stockholder, ie someone who stores stock on the company's behalf?
