Wie versteht Ihr den Begriff hier, im Zusammenhang mit dem Referenzsystem (evtl. könnte man hier sogar von einer benchmark sprechen?), an das die Entwicklung der Miete des Objekts gekoppelt ist?
Vermutlich ist das Referenzsystem laut http://www.mietrecht.ch/3.0.html der Landesindex der Konsumentenpreise, d.h die Teuerungsrate in der Schweiz?
Bedeutet das, dass die aktuelle Miete für das Objekt jetzt im Ausfüllzeitpunkt vor Unterzeichnung bereits um die recht aktuelle September-Inflation ***bereinigt*** ist? Kann man dann mit "the current rent has been adjusted for the increase in the cost of living in Switzerland as at 9/2014" oder evtl. "the increase in the cost of living in Switzerland as at 9/2014 has been incorporated in the current rent" arbeiten?
Oder wie ist dies hier zu interpretieren?

Another way of expressing the asker's ideas: the cost increases have been factored and tapered off into the rent.
Unfortunately, the ref. to bereinigt as adjusted seems to have thrown the question off keel.
