Siempre tenemos el "nowness"... "el presente eterno", me parece una buena traducción.

Aunque son son terminologías distintas, es lo que otra religión de religiones llama "el tiempo presente"... pero para el registro del budismo, el concepto de "el presente eterno", es lo que me parece que capta mejor el espíritu y la esencia de lo que "realmente" quieren decir.
¡Ahora! :-)
(O lo que los católicos dicen "ahora y siempre por los siglos de los siglos", con una verbosidad un poco más liosa...)

En el contexto que nos ocupa:

Lo único que tenemos realmente es el presente eterno, es el ahora.
Lo único que tenemos en realidad es el eterno ahora: el ahora.
Lo único que en realidad tenemos (siempre) es el presente, es el ahora.
Lo anterior serían fraseos que creo que podrían funcionar.
