tablero ligero
The first reference shows a website that is in Spanish and English and in the "Servicios en Fotografía" section, the last bullet point talks of tablero ligero while the equivalent in English talks of thin wrap.
If you read the description of tablero ligero for the second reference, it is basically the same description as the Bay Photo Lab description reference you posted.

The whole term would be:
Thin wrapped mount = Tablero ligero, cantos vueltos

tensado/montaje en tableros/placas
I couldn't find a generally accepted translation for this, but I found that the words "lienzo", "tensado" and "bastidor" are used when it comes to canvas gallery wraps (another product in the same website).
"Thin wraps", however, are images wrapped around in Masonite or Gatorboard, so "bastidor" or even "bastidor fino" wouldn't be quite right, so I thought maybe "tablero", "tabla" or "placa" could work.
Now, for this type of website "tensado" or "montaje" might sound a bit formal and not very appealing to the customer, so maybe you could go for something simpler, such as "Placas" or "Tableros".

lienzo
"Montaje 8x12 en lienzo" refers to the tipical photos that seem portrait pictures. An example on the following link:

: Lienzo just means canvas, it has no relation to the type of mounting that ThinWrap uses, and it excludes the other type of wrap. Your reference links to a traditional wooden mounting frame, which is not the same format or material as ThinWrap.
