What it means "desglosar" is used in this context to refer to the process of making a legalised copy of part of a case file so it ("it" being either the copy or the original, depending on circumstances) can be submitted to another court without interrupting the first court's proceedings. Common practice in this part of the world, for example, when cases being heard in a court of 1st instance are referred to the appeals court and the case continues in the lower court while the appeal is being dealt with.
