Spanish term

Plena Conformidad

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Contract for Storage and Distribution of Products
This is a Contract for Storage and Distribution of Products. One of the clauses reads:

Las Partes acuerdan que XXX se obliga a llevar a cabo los siguientes servicios:
Del Almacenaje:
...
...
...
Realizar, bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad, el correcto manejo, distribución y almacenamiento de los Productos a partir de la Recepción a su **Plena Conformidad**;

Is there an English expression for "a su plena conformidad"?
Thanks for your help.

Discussion

Robert Carter Sep 30, 2019:
Phil's right, you can't use any of the "with" suggestions, and I don't think "full conformity" works either, or at least I've never seen it just "hanging" like that (i.e., without an object).
In this case, I'd say "To have exclusive responsibility for the handling, distribution and storage of the products from the moment they are received and accepted in full".

Jane Martin Sep 30, 2019:
I think it means 'after they have been received 'in full conformity', with 'full conformity' being a kind of shorthand for 'in conformity with their specifications in the contract'

I agree with you that answers containing "with" are incorrect. The idea is that when receiving the Products, XXX must verify if they are in good condition; if yes, XXX recieves them "a su Plena Conformidad".
philgoddard Sep 30, 2019:
I'm not sure this is as simple as it seems.
The answers containing "with" are incorrect in my opinion, since there is no object. And I'm not clear what "a" means - is the idea "from receipt until full conformity" or "after they have been accepted as fully conforming"?

(upon) satisfactory receipt

Your question features another “good” example of the numberless “bad” draftings we translators have to bear in our daily work.

This is my reading: “Plena conformidad” has nothing to do here with conformity, compliance or the like. I believe the expression clearly refers to “recepción” and just means “satisfactory”.

Source:
Realizar, bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad, el correcto manejo, distribución y almacenamiento de los Productos a partir de la Recepción a su **Plena Conformidad**;
Possible translation:
To carry out, under their sole responsibility, the correct handling, distribution and storage of the products upon their satisfactory receipt.

The key point is that the products are handled, distributed and storaged once it has been confirmed that they are in impeccable condition.

agree Robert Carter : This is the simplest way to go here. I'd use "received and accepted in full" or something like that.

Full Conformity

A literal translation is fine.

By accepting this Purchase Order, Seller warrants that the goods and services furnished will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, merchantable and in full conformity with Buyer’s specifications

When items received are not in full conformity with specifications, the requesting department will complete a Physical Receipt

Spanish term (edited): a partir de la Recepción a su Plena Conformidad

as from the time Fully Compliant Delivery is taken

The asker's low, numbers-only profile - with no mention of the target-country readership: see the ref. to the UK below - calls for a low confidence level.

Also the phrase needs to be read in context.

In conformity is also in line with UK sale of goods legislation but assumes a prepositional phrase like with contract spec. or standard(s) agreed.
Example sentence:

Your delivery vehicle classed as non-compliant? ... White's offer fully compliant deliveries.
