Notas Certificadas

Spanish to English Law/Patents Education / Pedagogy A Venezuelan Power of Attorney. British English would be preferable. American English is welcome, too.
Hi,

This is from a Venezuelan Power of Attorney authorising the Peruvian agent to represent the principal*'s Venezuelan child before any authorities in Germany, providing her, the agent, with the broadest powers that may possibly be necessary to do so.

[* There is the word "donor" but I am not sure it is an admissible translation here as apparently referring to someone as a donor oftentimes requires an element of incapacidad legal, legal incapacity, to be present in the child or adult concerned.]

In such context, the source document lists a couple sample activities that may possibly be necessary, wherein also "retiro de documentación en general" is mentioned, which apparently means "withdrawal of documents in general".

It then goes on to list a few sample documents possibly requiring to be withdrawn by the agent:

ES - context:
En consecuencia, la mencionada Apoderada quedará facultada para representar a nuestro menor hijo antes identificado, en los asuntos que les competan, por ante los diferentes entes públicos o privados, personas naturales o jurídicas, que así lo exijan.
Asimismo, podrá representar a nuestro menor hijo antes identificado, pudiendo realizar todas las gestiones, inscripciones, tramites y retiro de documentación en general. [sic, should say ":"]

Is this educational certificates/educational transcripts/transcripts of records/transcripts, or otherwise, what does this mean?

Cheers,
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Yvonne Gallagher

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
