Hola estoy traduciendo un contrato y no se bien cómo resolver esta frase:
La firma de este acuerdo no otorga a ninguna de las partes la calificación de agente o representante de la otra; ni tampoco supone estar en posición de usar el nombre o logo en nombre de la otra, aunque sí hace las veces de sociedad accidental o cuentas en participación (“joint venture”) en cuanto a la imagen frente a terceros por el tema de administración de fondos de honorarios cobrados.
Esta es mi traducción:
The execution of this agreement shall not grant on either party the qualification of agent or representative of the other; nor shall it authorize the use of the name or logo on behalf of the other, although sometimes will act as a joint venture as regards the image before third parties due to the administration of funds from the fees collected.
Me ayudan a corregir mi versión?
