: Гы! You can simply say "holds title to" (no "a," mind you), and that'll be enough. Nothing else needed. And there's nothing wrong with simply saying "owns". Cheers, Danya!

: I believe this term adds extras to the meaning of "право собственности" (which isn't limited to immovable property and probably doesn't include estate for life); I'd think twice before using it; this concept has feudal origins (just like "title")
