поскольку бывает еще beneficial ownership, a 100% я добавил, чтобы исключить возможность совместной собственности (кстати, is owned by the Company – тоже, как по мне, неплохой вариант, в бытовых контекстах я так бы и перевел)

: Гы! You can simply say "holds title to" (no "a," mind you), and that'll be enough. Nothing else needed. And there's nothing wrong with simply saying "owns". Cheers, Danya!

Foreign Ownership in Russia
Lee M Cashell
Russian real estate is attractive for investment as legislation is often thought of as simpler than that of England or Germany, for example. The most notable legal rights over land include freehold, leasehold, mortgage, and easement. Ownership of land and other property must be registered with the state, upon which these rights are put into effect. Lots and buildings are considered to be separate property, and can be owned by different people or organizations.

Under Russian law, the following rights exist over land:
■ the right of ownership (freehold);
■ the right to lease (leasehold);
■ mortgage;
■ easement;
■ the right of economic management; and
■ the right of administrative management

Freehold is the opposite of leasehold and is so understood by English speakers.

: I believe this term adds extras to the meaning of "право собственности" (which isn't limited to immovable property and probably doesn't include estate for life); I'd think twice before using it; this concept has feudal origins (just like "title")
