Потерял to do. Добавляю и немного корректирую формулировку:
и в целом осуществлять любые иные необходимые действия в отношении упомянутого имущества, которые обычно входят в обязанности душеприказчика
По поводу порядка слов: язык устаревший, юридические формулировки тяжеловесны и архаичны. Современная конструкция должна, по идее, выглядеть так: every other thing to do that is known to belong to the office of Executor(s) nominate
Executor nominate здесь - душеприказчик, т.е. лицо, которому завещатель поручает исполнение завещания. В отличие от executor-dative - исполнителя завещания, назначенного шерифом, епископом и пр. представителем власти.
