AllegroTrans Jun 26, 2023:
"Lawsuit on probation" Makes no sense whatever in the context
Seth Phillips Jun 25, 2023:
Probation… Is no where indicated in the source.
Lisa Rosengard Jun 25, 2023:
Normally probation is a trial period. I suggested that a lawsuit could be on probation if it's a trial of the validity of a claim. The question was about proof or evidence of a lawsuit or a claim. It's probably best to rule out probation as a possibility, not to be confused with something else more serious.
AllegroTrans Jun 24, 2023:
"Probation"?? Receipt of a lawsuit on probation - what does that mean?
Lisa Rosengard Jun 23, 2023:
Suggestion: Receipt of a lawsuit on probation is of interest to the party in question.

El sistema de abogacia se interesa por la recaudación de pruebas o evidencia y su presentación.

English:
The advocacy system is interested in the collection of evidence and its presentation.
The presentation and the taking of evidence, ex-officio or at the request of a party, is of interest to the law.
The meaning of ex-officio (perhaps ex-office) is out of duty, often used to describe a person with a board or committee membership by virtue of being an elected official with a position in office.
