In an employment contract I encountered the following sentence:
Het wettelijk minimum aantal vakantiedagen bedraagt vier maal de overeengekomen arbeidsduur per week (op fulltime basis 160 uren); de vakantie-uren die het wettelijk minimum te boven gaan zijn bovenwettelijke vakantiedagen.
I am wondering how to translate bovenwettelijke vakantiedagen and came up with extra-statutory vacation days (American english), but I am not quite sure whether extra-statutory would be the right term in this context.

: Als vertaling voor "de vakantie-uren die het wettelijk minimum te boven gaan". Voor "bovenwettelijke vakantiedagen" kan gewoon worden volstaan met "non-statutory holidays".
