In an employee survey, response by an employee.
Op het moment dat er iets misgaat/laat
komt binnen een project, is het belangrijk om heel snel de neusjes weer dezelfde kant op te krijgen en de mensen weer gemotiveerd aan de slag te krijgen.
I understand the meaning of this - to get people thinking in the same direction, thinking along the same lines, jointly focussed, etc. Am trying to think of an appropriate expression that fits the context/register.
Many thanks

Comment: "Many thanks to all of you, selected this option but several of the others would have worked too. Suzan - I took your comments and added 'again' to convey the sense of returning to how things were."

I'm sure I have seen this question before, but it could have been at the SENSE forum.

make sure everyone's on the same page
or 'on the same wavelength'. Another suggestion.
1 hr
get people to refocus on the common goal/matter at hand
this is what springs to my mind.
1 hr
to get everything back to normal
While a literal interpretation involves the idea of rowing in the same direction, being on the same page, I can't help but feel the sense as used here is to get things back on track after a disruption, to restore order, to get things back to normal. But maybe that's just me.
