"True blue" "True blue" means faithful / Loyal and unwavering in one's opinions or support for a cause.
But the expression comes from the reputation of quality of Coventry's dyers who were known for producing material that didn't fade with washing, i.e. it remained 'fast' or 'true'. The phrase 'as true as Coventry blue' originated then and is still used.

I don't think so. They don't talk about anything specific. They talk about how the interprise has evolved and what are their quality standards. There is this title "True to blue quality video". I found nothing so far about "blue quality" or "blue video" that could help here...

Is "blue" related to something specific here ? Do they talk about the colour "blue" somewhere else ? They are faithful to the colour blue, which doesn't make any sense....

I don't know if the context will help a lot... It's an interprise about quality video who claims themselves to be true to blue. There is not hint at all...

Context ? A little more context would help here. My first thought would indeed be "faithful to something", but I don't want to just guess out of the blue... ;)
