Can anybody help with the following terms? It's all about flyer about smoking ban. As there has been no smoking ban introduced in Slovakia yet, I got no idea how to translate it. All suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Explanation:
Mne sa teda "priestor na dýchanie" zdá dostatočne catchy, snazzy aj cool, ale slovo vzduch by mohlo byť vhodnou alternatívou k priestoru. Možnosti: za čistý vzduch, čistý vzduch, vzduch na dýchanie, kde sa dá dobre dýchať... neviem, koľko voľnosti si chceš ponechať.
Pasívne fajčenie = aj nepriame alebo nedobrovoľné fajčenie, to "z druhej ruky" mi príde trochu násilné.

pasívne fajčenie – from my point of view, this is the best translation of "second-hand smoking". „Fajčenie z druhej ruky“ is a literal translation and should definitely not be used.
