Guereau
: Excellent reference. It says "A blisk (also called an integrally bladed rotor or IBR) is a one-piece component, consisting of a disk and blades."

In the days I worked for SNECMA, a "disque aubagé" was a "rotor and vane assembly", precisely because it was not monobloc. At least I assume your item IS a single piece, NOT a monobloc rotor into which vanes are fitted (you'll reference to a "monobloc rotor with bolted vanes" on the Web).
Have not followed technological developments in the aero engine field for 20 years, so I'm only assuming they make one-piece rotors with vanes attached these days, using new machining technologies to overcome the problems with vane root attachment.

: "monobloc" is not an English word! 'monoblock' à la limite Right I see you've some references to its use BUT I'm not convinced. It does not appear in the Robert & Collins or Oxford dictionaries, & never seen it used by the navy, auto or aviation indus
