From the site of a comany that offers sophisticated alarm systems (lone worker protection, medical alerts etc). I understand "messages scenarisés" to mean messages that correspond to certain scenarios, e.g. if an alert is received then a message is sent to A's mobile phone, and if they don't reply, then B,C and D are sent emails, emergency services are called etc.
The problem is that I cannot establish if there is a "correct" expression for this in English.

Scripted messages
It's really just a guess but seems to fit. Perhaps standard scripted messages that suit the particular circumstance of the alarm. Lots of ghits too.
