French term

messages scénarisés

French to English Tech/Engineering Computers: Systems, Networks alarm management systems
La Solution Clef en Main de diffusion de messages scénarisés (DECT/WiFi, GSM ou IP) répondant à de larges besoins d'acquisition d'appels malades, d'alarmes techniques, centrale incendie au profit d'un grand nombre de destinataires.

From the site of a comany that offers sophisticated alarm systems (lone worker protection, medical alerts etc). I understand "messages scenarisés" to mean messages that correspond to certain scenarios, e.g. if an alert is received then a message is sent to A's mobile phone, and if they don't reply, then B,C and D are sent emails, emergency services are called etc.
The problem is that I cannot establish if there is a "correct" expression for this in English.

This seems to be one of the standard expressions.

agree Natasha Dupuy : Yes I think that fits better. I see you can use hotkeys for these, which would make sense in an emergency!

Scripted messages

It's really just a guess but seems to fit. Perhaps standard scripted messages that suit the particular circumstance of the alarm. Lots of ghits too.
