I have not been able to find a definition in English.

That's what I am not certain about. And if so, how would you adapt it in English? Would you actually say "labour risks" or something to that effect? Thanks for your help.

Prud'homme(s): conciliation board of employers and wage-earners in industrial disputes.

It is a court used by employees when there is a dispute with the employer. Most of the time, the ruling is in favor of the employee.
