I am quite unsure of this expression.... I am thinking meeting space...
I would be very grateful if someone could explain this to me!
In context:
Un ensemble immobilier avec: un accueil, 1 bureau, 1 grande pièce, 1 bureau en second jour et un local technique.

Not really sure, but I think it means that a room does not have a window that opens directly to the outside, but has some secondary light from another adjoining room, or a stairwell etc
