not need for profilés..it means features..it has commercial grade features..profiles is not right in English..
or
conveyor best with commercial grade features..but you don't really need it....
believe me, profiles is just not used this way, IMO

I fail to see the problem. Am I missing something?
"profilé" simply means "sections" (of steel, of aluminium, etc.), be it channel, I beams, circular/square/rectangular hollow/tubular sections, etc.
Admittedly Googling "standard sections" will come up with practically everything under the sun, exactement, sous le soleil, but try "standard steel sections", "standard alumin(i)um sections", etc.
There is an incredible choice of standard sections, but special sections can obviously be made to measure, as and when required.
