boardroom

This room just has one big table (like a boardroom), so can't be re-arranged in other formats.
Of course, the big table can be used for business-type meetings or banqueting — but they are not offering 2 different choices; so I'd be inclined to put 'boardroom/banquet format' to make it clear that there is only one format with 2 possible names!

agree Charles Davis : Beat me to it! I'll post my references for backup. My answer was going to be "boardroom style".

Thanks, W/A ... and for the ref.
agree B D Finch : The expression "pavé" always reminds me of a local restaurant whose English menu featured "salmon paving stones".

Thanks, B! What a hoot! Like the one where I got hysterical at 'sliced twerp' (andouille)

boardroom style (arrangement)

Here's what I was about to post, but Tony got there first :-)

"Pavé" refers to a type of seating arrangement for conference rooms known as "boardroom". I believe "board" duplicates "pavé" here and that "pavé board" is a single thing.

"Les salons disposent d’une climatisation individuelle et d’un éclairage naturel et peuvent être installés selon votre choix (en U, théâtre, classe, pavé, banquet, buffet)."
https://www.hotel-novotel-lehavre.com/fr/location-salle.html

"#4 : Salle de réunion en pavé ou boardmeeting
Cet agencement est souvent celui privilégié pour les comités de direction ou les réunions d’équipe plus informelles. Il s‘agit d’une grande table ovale ou rectangulaire, avec des chaises ou des fauteuils autour. Elle permet à chacun de s’exprimer dans une atmosphère conviviale et même de réaliser une audioconférence."

This document also defines other arrangements.

"Choosing the right seating arrangement for your event [...]
Alternative layouts include boardroom arrangements and classic classroom style plans. Our most popular seating configurations are shown below."
See the illustration just below this, showing "theatre style", "classroom", "boardroom style", "cabaret style" and "U-shaped".

I expect there are variations of the term, but this will serve, I think.

agree Tony M : 'pave' refers to the fact that there is one big block of tables in the middle --- or as here, actually one huge table; hence why they can't re-arrange the seating

Yes, I presume that's where the name comes from. As you say, in a more flexible arrangement it might be several adjoining smaller tables making one big one.
