Text is about a big producer of machinery for agriculture. I am not sure if we can directly translate as "explorações agrícolas", I know the term "latífundio" doesn't have a positive connotation in PTBR.

Latifúndio é o tipo de propriedade em termos de extensão, e pode nem ser explorado, ou sê-lo de forma precária.
