mármint az épület területe összesen, de szerintem a magyarban a bruttó nem kell, a nettó meg "hasznos":
"Bruttogeschossflaeche ist die Flaeche eines Gebaeudestockwerks inkl. der Flaeche, wo saemtlicher Waende, Stuetzen und andere Installationen stehen.
Nettogeschossflaeche ist die zu nutzende Flaeche eines Stockwerks abzueglich saemtlicher nicht begehbaren Flaechen."
