I think oriented and focus are similar in meaning, so using BOTH in a phrase is redundant. Also, note that "vevők�zpont�s�g" is a noun in Hungarian, you probably want a noun in English, too. See also my additional note.

I like 'customer oriented' but am wondering if, in this sense, where the company has to show how it presents itself, whether 'customer-oriented ethos' (very similar to 'c-o focus') might be the answer?

To be costumer oriented

Különösen, ha felsorolásban szerepel jobb pontosnak lenni, hiszen itt a szerkezet kizárja a kétértelműséget. A customer orientation azt is jelentheti, hogy a vevők eligazítása. Ezért a fentit jobbnak találom.

sajnos nem egyszavas kifejezés, de szerintem természetesebben és egyértelműbben hagzik, mint a 'customer focus'.
