Explanation:
A jelzálog kölcsön folyósításának feltétele, hogy az adott pénzintézet javára bejegyzésre kerüljön a hitelösszeg és járulékai erejéig a jelzálogjog. Járulék: a kölcsön után rendszeresen fizetendő szerződéses és késedelmi kamat, valamint a kölcsönnel kapcsolatos díjak és egyéb költségek (pl. adminisztrációs díj). Angol példák: "The maximum charges for short term loans have been capped at 23% of the principal (including interests and fees)" "When comparing lenders it is important to compare loan related fees (i.e. the fees which lenders charge to process, approve and make the mortgage loan)"
Az "erejéig" tulajdonképp a felső határt hivatott jelezni, azaz "up to the amount of", de ezt angolul a legritkább esetben használjuk, inkább annyi szokott szerepelni az okiratokon, hogy "including ..." vagy "together with..." vagy "... included". Ha nincs elég hely (pl. formanyomtatványon szerepel), akkor akár a "with" is megteszi.

Kati jogos észrevétele alapján a "... Ft és járulékai erejéig" valóban úgy helyes, hogy "HUF ... and its interests and fees". A magyarban is "és" van, tehát úgy helyes, ha az angolban is "and" áll az összeg és a járulékok között.

agree  Katalin Horváth McClure: Az "interests and fees" rész OK, de az "including" nem jó, mert az alapösszeget írják le, és arra pluszban jönnek ezek rá. Ha azt írjuk, hogy: 100000 Ft including interests and fees, az megtévesztő lehet. Az "xxx Ft and its interests and fees" jobb.
